About J&K (UT) Higher Education Admission Portal- 2025

The Higher Education is one of the most important sectors of the development among the social sectors. The Department of Higher Education is charged with the responsibility to monitor and regulate the dissemination of Higher Education above 10+2 level in the UT of Jammu and Kashmir by extending facilities for opening of Colleges and Universities. The Jammu and Kashmir Higher Education Common Admission Portal - 2025 is being introduced for admission into all UG Programmes in J&K State Universities (Jammu/Kashmir University) for affiliating Government Colleges, Cluster Universities Constituent Colleges and Government Autonomous Colleges for academic session 2025-26 under the Department of Higher Education , J&K. A single portal will enable the candidates to cover a wide outreach and be part of the admissions process to J&K Higher Education Institutions.

Filling of leftover seats for all colleges of J&K will be conducted as per the notified timelines. Please check the detailed notification (Admission Notification II).
